Hi, I'm Robert McKinley. With over 40 years in the construction and building industry, I bring deep, hands-on experience to every inspection.

Most single-family home inspections run between $550 and $750, depending on square footage, age, and add-on services like radon or mold testing. We'll give you a flat quote up front — no surprises.
Plan on 2 to 3 hours for an average home. Larger or older homes can take longer. You're welcome to walk through with us at the end so we can show you everything in person.
We inspect the roof, attic, foundation, structure, exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, ventilation, and built-in appliances — over 400 individual items, all documented with photos in your report.
If you live in the home, just make sure utilities are on and there's access to the attic, electrical panel, and any crawlspaces. If you're the buyer, plan to join us for the last 30 minutes — that's the most valuable part.
We're based on Long Island and proudly serve Nassau and Suffolk Counties plus all five NYC boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island.
Within 24 hours of the inspection — usually the same evening. Reports include photos if requested, plain-English explanations, and clear priority levels so you know what's urgent and what's just good to know.
